Biography

Luo Tao works in the Department of Plastic, Laser and Aesthetic Surgery at Hunan Provincial People's Hospital and is an associate chief physician. He graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine at the University of South China and has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for more than 20 years.
